Rare vintage wall mounted shelf in solid beech model B5 designed by Borge Mogensen and produced 1944 by FDB Møbler.
The shelf has a very practical application in any space where you require additional storage.
The shelf features traditional dovetail joinery that is both strong and durable construction as well as an eye catching design feature.
The shelf is constructed of solid beech with a dark stain finish, exaggerating the vintage patina.
The shelf is easily mounted to the wall as pre-drilled screw holes are present in the cross bar.
only tools required are a spirit level and screw driver.
Originally designed by Borge Mogensen whilst still a student, this shelf is simplicity and elegance. Original scale drawing for the shelf can be seen in the images below.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
