Solid teak model FD516 coffee table with cane shelf designed in 1951 by Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard and produced by France & Daverkosen.
This minimalist lounge table with its gently curved edges seems to almost float but is firmly standing on the tapering legs. A cane shelf is fixed below with brass hardware, offering fantastic storage for magazines and books.
The solid teak construction of the top is high lighted by the end grain of the planks being visible in the soft curved edges.
The table can be completely dismantled for ease of transportation and delivery.
The rich vintage teak has been gently cleaned and restored, finished with teak oil to nourish and protect the wood.
A fantastic choice for the living room, adding some lovely midcentury design and warmth to your home.
