This Beautiful ceramiuc floor jug was designed by Bodo Mans for Bay kermaics in the 1970s.The white has detiorated over time amd the red has leaked into the colour of the whole jug creating a very interesting blend of distressed red and white. The colours of this beautiful piece blend perfectly with wooden interior and would also make a great standout piece in more modern designed houses.
BAY keramics was set up by Edward Bay in 1933 in Ransbach Baumbach West Germany before the start of WW2. Bay ended in 1997 when new owners took over the brand and renamed the company to "Römertopf Keramik GmbH".
