Niels Koefoed vintage teak armchair with sprung cushions designed 1966 and produced by Koefoeds Mobelfabrik model LARS

The chair has been refurbished with new boucle upholstery in a stylish & vibrant midcentury green colour.
The cushions are fully upholstered and can be used on both sides. Covers are zipped and removable from the sprung interior.

The teak frame with its distinctive dovetail jointed edges has a elegant stance with the cushions appearing to float within the frame.
The seat frame within the chair has been fitted with new pirelli webbing making it useable for another 40+ years.

The sprung cushions are very supportive and give a unique seating experience.

Condition. Superb with lovely patina
Frame dismantles for shipping / transport.

illustrated here with the ORIGINAL sales catalog from KOEFOEDS MOBELFABRIK and it is clear the chair was designed by Niels Koefed and not ILLUM WIKKELSO

The designs created by WIKKELSO are all listed in the catalog with the name WIK or WIKI where as the Niels Koefoed designs have boys or girls names.
The chair is from now on called LARS and IS designed 1966 by Niels Koefoed!

Shipping And Handling

We are happy to assist with international shipping to any destination around the world.

To enable us to get a price quote for your specific enquiry please email us with your full address and contact details.
Our shipping partner DSV will then base the cost of shipping + delivery to your home address.

The delivery is to cerb-side meaning that the delivery will NOT be unpacekd or installed in your home.

It is YOUR responsibility to un-pack the items once the crate has been delivered.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order for furniture once we have contacted you and arranged a delivery day and time.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport

For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
