Stylish midcentury made 3 seat sofa with curved frame and built using traditional methods of upholstery by Danish master cabinet maker in late 1940s.
A very comfortable and stylish sofa ideal as room centre piece or for a large bay window.
The construction of this sofa starts with the cabinet maker building it's frame using high strength beech onto which the seat is fitted.
The superior support and comfort on this sofa is due to the use of pullman coil springs that are individully sewn into the underside of the seat as well as the hemp webbing that forms the base.
Over these the seat is built using woodwool, quilted cotton and hessian to lock it all into place. This method ensure that the seat will never loose its shape and when re-upholstery is need, it is only the cover upholstery that needs to be changed.
The sofa stands firmly on dark wood finished legs with a central leg supporting the middle.
The sofa can be a perfect addition into a large bay window or centrally placed in your room as focal point.
It is in very good condition showing some minor signs of age and wear but far from damaged or worn out.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
