Description
Elegant antique round dining table with 3 party leaves. Made by Danish cabinet maker using Cuban mahogany.
A very elegant and superb condtructed round dining table which is extendable with up to 3 extra leaves.
This table comfortably seats 4 before it is extended using the plain pine leaves. The leaves are plain as the assumption is to cover the extended table with a cloth.
It was also very expensive to use the cuban mahogany for leaves which were not in use daily!
The table diameter is 46½ inch / 118cm before extending and once fully extended using all 3 leaves becomes 94½ inch / 240cm Long
making it a table to comfortably seat 8 - 10.
The table stands securely on solid timber legs with tapered form. The can be unbolted from the table, making transport easier.
Condition. Very good with lovely patina
