Once you are happy with what you see click the BUY logo.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order
We accept DEBIT CARDS free of charge or CREDIT CARDS with a 2.5% surcharge.
We do not Accept American Express.

Once your oder has been recieved, we will deliver the item DIRECT to your home!

All rates are door to door and based on your billing address and the ACTUAL PARCEL SIZE.
Please email us for your personal quote as each item / order is unique.
All international shipment quotes are Excl of customs clearance fees!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS BASED IN THE US.
We have been informed that US authorities are likely to request a copy of your passport details before they will allow any shipment to enter the US. Please be aware that a request may be made and that you will need to forward a copy of your picture page and any visa / information pages about yourself to our shippers who will pass this to the US authorities at port.

Delivery Schedule
We will be happy to arrange delivery to your home and at times that are most suitable to you.
The cost is same for 1 item as for 10 items you only pay once. If you see items you wish to add to the delivery you can do so knowing that you will not be charged delivery costs again.
LONDON SHARED DELIVERY: ALWAYS DONE ON A SATURDAY
LONDON DESIGNATED DELIVER: DONE ANY WORKING DAY OF THE WEEK BETWEEN 9 - 5
All other national deliveries are arranged with you in person so we can be flexible to your available times and days.
Normal time from order to delivery is 2-3 working days

Back Orders
If you see something that is marked SOLD but would like to be informed of similar item please add your name to the e-mail list.
We will then notify you exclusively if such an item comes in again.

Tax Charges
As we are accounting to the Global VAT scheme all prices shown are ZERO Vat.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using high level encryption.
The information can only be decrypted by Danish homestore.
They are not held in clear text on any web site and will be destroyed after the order has been shipped / Delivered.

We guarantee that every item you purchase from us is a genuine Danish origin and manufactured piece of furniture.
We use our extensive knowledge and library of books, cataloques and references to correctly identify each piece where ever possible. Sources are avaialbe upon request although the actual books, magazine and catalogues are not available to borrow or copy!
Our delivery guarantee is that each item is exactly as discribed when you receive it right down to colour and condition.

Should you not be happy with your purchase we will be more than please to offer you a refund once the items/s ordered have been returned in their original packing and undamaged.

Refunds will be made if you are not satisfied with your purchase up-to seven days after delivery. We will arrange to collect the unwanted item where ever possible or have our transport partners collect on our behalf.
Returns must be securely packaged in the original packaging to ensure safe transport.
Refunds are made back to the original card used by the person who placed the order.
No CASH will be paid out.
Incase of collection where we will be collecting from you the refund will be less the cost of delivery charges
