We accept DEBIT CARDS free of charge or CREDIT CARDS with a 2.5% surcharge.

We have been informed that US authorities are likely to request a copy of your passport details before they will allow any shipment to enter the US. Please be aware that a request may be made and that you will need to forward a copy of your picture page and any visa / information pages about yourself to our shippers who will pass this to the US authorities at port.
Consignment charge is up to 2 cubic meters 100cm x 100cm x 200cm

Delivery Schedule
We will be happy to arrange delivery to your home and at times that are most suitable to you.
The cost is same for 1 item as for 10 items you only pay once. If you see items you wish to add to the delivery you can do so knowing that you will not be charged delivery costs again.

Back Orders
If you see something that is marked SOLD but would like to be informed of similar item please add your name to the e-mail list.
We will then notify you exclusively if such an item comes in again.

Tax Charges
As we are accounting to the Global VAT scheme all prices shown are ZERO Vat.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using high level encryption.
The information can only be decrypted by Danish homestore.
They are not held in clear text on any web site and will be destroyed after the order has been shipped / Delivered.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any purchase made a refund is made less a £25 admin fee.
No CASH will be paid out.
Credit card transaction will be reversed (subject to a bank fee of 3%)
Cheque payment will be made to the Named person in the original order.

Refunds are subject to admin fee of £25
AMOUNT REFUNDED WILL BE PURCHASE PRICE LESS 1½ TIMES DELIVERY COST, TO COVER EXPENSES IN COLLECTING THE ITEMS FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Credit card refunds are subject to charges of 3%.
Refunds will be made if you are not satisfied with your purchase up-to seven days after delivery. We will arrange to collect the unwanted item where ever possible.
No CASH will be paid out.
Refunds are made back to the original card used or as cheque to the original person who placed the order.
