Sven Ellekaer rosewood wall unit | 1960s design
Vintage wall unit / media unit in rosewood with record player stand on pull-out mechanism.
The wall unit consists of 2 parts with the top section standing onto the base, secured by dowels and the back board.
The large open space and pre-drilled cable holes in the back board makes it ideal to use for TV stand.
This space measures 96cm wide x 59cm High.
Above the main space are 3 book shelves split into 2 banks. All the shelves can be adjusted to suit your storage.
It is easy to do as the shelf supports fit into holes situated in the side walls.
The base cabinet contains a section of vertical dividers for storing records / LPs or even magazines.
These too are flexible as they fit onto hidden supports and can all be removed if you requre a larger space in the base unit.
The right side contains a pull out shelf perfect for holding a record player.
The base unit also houses, hidden in the base, adjusters so the unit can be levelled on any uneven surface / floor.
They are accessed through the base unit and all you need is a screw driver adjust each foot.
Condition: Very good with signs of use and age.
Scratch marks present on base cabinet top surface.
The unit is missing one of its four cable hole covers.
