Extending dining table with draw leaves | 1970s
1970s design extending dining table in teak with 2 self-stored draw-leaf extentions.
This lovely teak table is perfect for regular use and is able to extend for when you have guests over.
The table can be extended using 1 or both the hidden draw-leaves.
Each leaf can be pulled out indepedent of the other to extend the top from seating 4 to comfortably seating 8 when both leaves are in use.
Each leaf has runners that lift the leaf to meet with the level of the top so both top and leaves are secure / firm when in use.
The table stands on round solid teak legs that are bolted to the sub-frame.
These can be removed for flat-packing and easy delivery / transport.
Condition. Fair condition with lovely oiled finish.
Marks and other minor signs of use consistent with age are present, see images.
The table top shows light fading in comparison to the leaves, which are darker.
