Kidney shaped 1940s sofa | Gold colour draylon
Danish made 1940s kidney shaped sofa upholstered in gold colour draylon.
This shapely settee would work brilliantly in a larger bay window or in the middle of a room so it could be viewed from all angles.
The medium height of the back and length means that it is ideal to divide a room.
It even works wonderfully at parties as guests are gently turned in towards each other, inviting conversation.
The seat is coil-sprung, making it very comfortable & springy as well as offering excellently supportive seating.
The solid back & arm rests are also very supportive, making this sofa ideal for those with posture / back issues.
The frame has been hand built by a Danish cabinet maker and is fully upholstered in gold colour draylon with a floral pattern.
This is contrasted nicely by the dark wood legs which support the sofa.
Condition: Very good with minor signs of use & age.
Fabric is in good condition with some wear / signs of use on the armrests.
