Vintage pair of armchairs | Edvard Kindt-larsen
Very stylish and elegant teak framed chair where the frame is external to the seat and back.
A simple yet very stylish design which is very minimal but executed to perfection in the simple V shaped bars which support the back.
The chairs have sprung one-piece seat and back which offers excellent comfort and support.
This is one of only a handful of chairs produced by France and son which had fitted sprung seat & back compared with the loose seat cushion principle that was the norm on most of France & Son furniture.
The upholstery is new and compliments the rich teak frame very well with it's pale grey colour and textured weave.
Condition. The teak frame has lovely patina and oiled finish which helps to nourish and enhance the wood grain.
Frame marked with makers badge.
The chair's frames completely dismantle for easy transport / shipping.
