Jens Quistgaard STICK chair | Rosewood & Suede
Rare brazilian rosewood and suede leather upholstered 'Stick chair'
This stunning chair was designed by quistgaard in 1966 and won admiration from it's release and up to this day as its simple yet genious design required no tools to assembel or dis-assemble it.
The chair has legs with integrated cups designed to lock onto the 'sticks' and hold the frame tight.
The base of each leg has the original black vinyl foot which protects the floor from marking.
The chair seat is made of hessian that is fixed to the rosewood front & back stick and strengthend with beech slats sewn into it.
The cushion is fixed to the hessian seat and is held in place securely.
The back rest and seat cushion have the original brown colour suede leather upholstery.

Chrome legs have been re-chromed due to previous owner painted them brown!
