Rare 1950s teak sideboard with shamfered edges

Teak sideboard with unique designed ends, handles and legs.
The sideboard offers huge amounts of storage in a cabinet with so many details that you need to see it to truely appreciate it.
The drawer handles are flat faced but with a curved back and very wide grip making it easy to open the drawers. The top 3 drawers are 4 inch deep while the bottom 3 are 6 inch deep.
The same detail is used for the door handles although these are laminated wood.
The sideboard internally offers storage on adjustable shelves and with 3 smaller cutlery drawers. These are siturated next to a mirror backed bar.
The sideboard stands on unique shaped legs fitted to the base on the corners
The sideboard is in perfect condition with unique age related patina and oiled finish.

Stunning pair of cabinets with traditional sunk hinges and drawer handles.
The cabinets have the same sunk handles on both doors and all the drawers which leaves the face of each cabinet perfectly flat / smooth.
The doors and drawer edges are particularly of ingredible detail as they are counter sunk into the side wall of the cabinet. See large image for detailed shots of this.
The cabinets are both in immaculate condition with unique age related patina and oiled finish.

The cabinet is marked with makers insignia on the back.

This elegant sideboard offers very good storage and does not take up room space as the doors are sliding doors.
Internally the sideboard offers shelved storage with all shelves being adjustable. The center part has a small mirrored bar section with glass shelves and a formica service shelf that pulls out for arranging drinks on.
Below the main storage area are 5 drawes. 1 deep drawer in the middel and 2 smaller either side. These drawers are fitted with elegant curved handles that make the drawers easy to open but also adds lots of style.
The handles are mirrored on the sliding doors.
The sideboard is in superb condition with a wonderful oiled finish and age related patina.
We have carefully cleaned it and brought it back to its original oiled finish which helps to enhance the wonderful grain .

There are two sections, one which you coul use for more special items to be put on show, and a drop down door cabinet with a fully operational locking mechanism for more private items.
The bottom section has two storage sections on either end of the base cabinet, and in the middle there are four quite deep drawers which have alot of storgage space between them.
