This contrast was often used in the 1950s as a way to brigthen the chairs design.
The chairs have all been fully restored and re-upholstered with wonderful matt black leather on the seats, soap finishe on the oak and oiled finish on the back rest.
The chairs are very comfortable and the unique designed back rest gives a small ledge to rest your elbows.
The chairs are all in perfect condition. 2 chairs are lighter in the teak but only fractionally.

The rosewood is very rich in colour and has lots of black water rippled grain.

This wonderful set of 4 chairs have all been carefully cleaned and brought back to an oiled finish to ensure that their deep patina is keept.
The set of chairs have extra wide back supports which curve far enough around you so the end can be used to rest your elbows on.
The chairs back support is fitted using wegner's method of showing the joinery and making it a part of the chairs identity. The large dowel covers are a signature if this belief.
The chairs have all been re-upholstered using a wonderful soft felt fabric from Kvadrat, Type Divina melange 2. making the chairs oval shaped seat more of a feature.
The set of 4 chairs are in excellent condition and offer superb investment opportunity

This rare chair in oak and contrasting teak was designed by Hans Wegner for Fritz Hansen 1952, Model 4103
Wegner worked for a very short period with Fritz Hansen designing the shell sofa and chair along with the Heart chair and table.
None of the models are produced today and therefore offer excellent investments.

The 4 chairs are all in superb condition with rich warm patina. They stack with ease if you require to store them away.
