Upholstery is a soft felt by GABRIEL, Type Divina melange 2
The chairs are in good condition with minimal signs of wear but some corrosion on the adjuster for the back rest and height adjuster for the seat.

This desk offers the user a superb work space in both storage and table top as the desk has no less than 8 drawers divided into two banks of 3 with an additional 2 drawers over the knee hole.
Each drawer can be locked for security.
The attendtion to detail in this desk is impressive with all the drawers and edges having a fine bead which frames each drawer nicely.
The elegant curved handles fit so well and makes the style of this desk stand out.
Above each bank of drawers is a small pull out for additional work space.
On the back the desk offers storage in 2 locking compartments and a large open space.
The desk is in excellent condition with unique age related patina and oiled finish which helps to enhance the depth of grain and patina.

Small light oak desk with secret lock

Small light oak desk with single drawer section.
The drawers are locked by a secret lock which is operated by the top drawer. Once the top drawer is locked none of the lower drawers can be opened.
To operate the lock you simply push the top drawer right in and this lifts the lock for the remaining drawers so they can now open.
The desk has got some wear on the surface which is related to the age.
It has a varnished finish but is generaly in good structural condition.
