Vintage Danish teak chest of drawers with light oak legs.
The chest has 3 equal depth drawers which are fitted with carved teak handles inset in pairs into the drawer fronts.
The drawer faces have all been cut from the same piece of wood so the grain continues from the top to the bottom drawer.
The top drawer is fitted with lock.
The chest stands on light oak legs which give nice contrast between them and the oiled teak.
The chest of drawers are in excellent condition with rich age related patina and original oiled finish.

All the drawers have elegant lipped handles which curve along the drawer face to become wide for grip.
The drawer faces have all been cut from the same piece so the wood grain rund through from the top to the bottom drawer.
The top drawer is fitted with lock.
The chest stands on tapering teak legs which are screw fitted to the base and can be removed for transport.
The chest of drawers are in excellent condition with rich age related patina and original oiled finish.

Large trunk pre-dating 1818

Traditional "bridal trunk" dated 1818 but older as another date is faintly visible underneath.
This large trunk has hand made wrought iron handles, lock, key and belts giving it a unique period look.
The trunk is made of pine and is internally fitted with a small compartment for storing candles as well as a secret compartment for beloved items.
The lock is in full working order and locks when the lid is closed. The original key is still present.
A wonderful trunk offering unique storage while telling it's own story.
